North Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-dept installed a kanstine on Jalan Pluit Selatan in order to block motorists who want to break through green belt to get to Jalan Pluit Karang, especially motorcycle.

Head of Penjaringan Sub-district Bina Marga Section, Robert stated, green belt that planted on a number of plants have been many who die due to motorcycle.

"We install kanstine on Jalan Pluit Selatan because green belt here is damaged due to motorcycle," he expressed, Thursday (3/17).

Besides not discipline, he continued, it also triggers traffic accident because both lanes are crowded by vehicle. "We install kanstine to make the motorists adherence to traffic rule," he stressed.
