According to him, both locations are indeed not intended as a residential, but public facility.
Ex-Kalijodo Citizens to Get 30 Kiosks"In Jakarta and Surabaya, red-light is closed down to develop public facility, instead of residential or mall," he told.
He asserted red-light potential must be stopped. Its existence is disturbing the public order.
"I think other cities need to hear and know how to eliminate it, either in Jakarta (Kalijodo, Kramat Tunggak) or Surabaya (Dolly and so on)," he finished.
