15 Poultry Cages Controlled

As many as 15 chicken and bird cages in RW 05 Halim Perdanakusuma, Makasar, East Jakarta were burned, Wednesday (3/23). The effort was aimed to prevent bird flu spread.

Uncertified poultries and cage would be burned to prevent bird case

Ari Sonjaya, Makasar Sub-district Head, admitted the poultry demolition and burning were aimed to prevent bird flu case.

“Uncertified poultries and cage would be burned to prevent bird case,” he said, Wednesday (3/23).

Poultry Cages on Jalan Inspeksi Pegangsaan Demolished

He also asked residents to sell their poultry after the cages were burned.

Those cages were in RT 01 owned by Suparlan (46), RT 02 owned by Alek (43), RT 03 owned by Wagino (52), and RT 08 owned by Suhartono (39), and Sumarna (36).
