Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing gives Marunda low-cost flat management in North Jakarta to Jakarta Provincial Government.
Now Jakarta Provincial Government has freedom to improve the flat condition
Previously, the Rp 68 billion flat which has 500 units was the state asset.
“Now Jakarta Provincial Government has freedom to improve the flat condition,” said Djarot Saiful Hidayat, Jakarta Vice Governor, Wednesday (3/23).
Marunda Flat Equipped with Mosque and ChurchHe added that asset from the ministry must be process quickly, including Jatinegara Barat flat which is still handled by ministry.
“While waiting the handover, our obligation is maintaining the condition,” he added.
