By so, bird flu is hoped able to be eliminated and not happen in future," said Head of South Jakarta Health Sub-dept, Henny Fachrudin, Thursday (3/24).

Despite there is not found transmission indications to the surrounding people, his side would remain conducting sweeping. He explained, 14 days is the incubation period of bird flu, in which the bacteria were still hanging around. Moreover, the air is also a medium for the spread of this virus.

"Because, seven days, we have not found the flu, cough and fever disease. We focus on the nearest radius. We will do this up to 14 days ahead," he finished.
