A laundry business building on Jalan Tebet Dalam IV, RT 11/01, Tebet Barat, South Jakarta, caught fire at around 6 AM, Tuesday (3/29). Allegedly, it is triggered by electricity short-circuit.

Luckily, there was no casualty reported in the incident.

"We get the information from Tebet Sector Police. Fire burns laundry building up to 60 square meters wide," said Adi Sumarmo, Head of Military Unit Platoon for South Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-dept, Tuesday (3/29).

Sumarmo disclosed his side deploys three fire trucks to the scene and managed to control the flames within 30 minutes.

"Loss material reached Rp 650 million. The fire victim has been evacuated to a safer place," he reported.
