310 Buildings at Wisata Bahari to Be Arranged

As many as 310 buildings at Wisata Bahari, RW 04, Penjaringan Urban Village, Penjaringan Sub-district, North Jakarta will be arranged by North Jakarta Administration.
First arrangement is applied at four RTs
North Jakarta Mayor, Rustam Effendi, said first stage of arrangement will be applied at four RTs. Those are RT 01, 02, 11 and 12. Total building to be arranged are 310 buildings occupied by 478 households or 1,026 people.
“First arrangement is applied at four RTs,” he said, Tuesday (3/29).
Wisata Bahari Arrangement Starts AprilAccording to him, those buildings are standing above green belt, PD Pasar Jaya’s land and ex Pelelangan Ikan.
“First warning letter to be delivered in the near time by Penjaringan Sub-district apparatus,” he added.
He explained that building arrangement will not demolish Luar Batang Mosque and cemetery since both places are cultural heritage.
