Residents of RW 04, Tugu Selatan Urban Village, Koja Sub-district, North Jakarta hope getting additional garbage carts from North Jakarta Administration. Of nine carts, only one is able to operate.
We can not use those eight carts
Subur (47), one of cart caretakers, admitted that carts are unfeasible since six months ago. Mostly are caused by corrosion.
“We can not use those eight carts,” he admitted, Tuesday (3/29).
