Seribu Island Sub-dept. of Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Tenacity (KPKP) monitored sub-districts in Seribu Utara Islands for preventing bird flu spread.

“Hundreds of poultry have been monitored from three urban villages,” said Heru Tjahyono, head section of agency, Wednesday (3/30).
Temporarily, monitoring only held in Seribu Utara Islands including Panggang Island Urban Village, Harapan Island Urban Village and Kelapa Island Urban Village.

“We appeal residents to monitor poultries at their settlement and directly report if bird flu indication found,” he added.
