Semanggi Elevated Road Groundbreaking Starts Next Week

The construction of Semanggi elevated road is soon to be implemented. Jakarta Governor Basuki T. Purnama will lead the project’s groundbreaking on April 8.
Next Friday, groundbreaking will take place

According to him, the construction is given to private party, Mori Company. The construction is an obligation from the Japanese company who proposes increasing building floor coefficient (KLB). Temporarily, PT Wijaya Karya (Wika) wins the tender.
Next Month, Semanggi Interchange GroundbreakingBasuki added that Semanggi elevated road is the first project in Indonesia using precast. The precast is constructed along 80 meters.
“This is our first history in Indonesia. It’s amazing,” he added.
The project is hoped would be able to minimize traffic jam in Semanggi. The road length is 1 kilometer and 5.1 meter height.
