36 Pasar Ikan Peddlers Relocated Today

As many as 36 peddlers in Pasar Ikan Luar Batang (fish market) began to be relocated to the other market today, Tuesday (4/5). 

Of 247 peddlers, 36 of them have been relocated to the new market. And the rest are still under process

Assistant Manager for PD Pasar Jaya Public Relations Section, Gatra Vaganza said, those peddlers are relocated to six markets that are located near the old market. As planned, the sub-district side will assist its relocation process.

"Of 247 peddlers, 36 of them have been relocated to the new market. And the rest are still under process," he told, Tuesday (4/5).

From the data, as many as 21 are relocated to Pademangan Barat Market, 3 peddlers to Pademangan Timur Market, 6 peddlers to Koja Baru Market, 3 peddlers to Muara Angke Market, 2 peddlers to Anyer Bahari Market, and 1 peddler to Pejagalan Market.

"Socialization continues to be conducted, because from city level also has given warning letter, we hope the rest could register immediately," he told.

According to the plan, the Maritime Tourism area will be demolished on Saturday (4/9), especially illegal buildings.
