14 Stalls in Duren Sawit Controlled

Dozens of stalls belong to street vendor were controlled by 10 personnel of Duren Sawit Satpol PP, East Jakarta, Tuesday (4/5). These stalls are controlled from three locations.

Duren Sawit Satpol PP Head, Andik Sukaryanto disclosed, three locations are Jl Raya Kalimalang, around East Flood Canal (KBT) and Jl Teratai Putih. There are 14 stalls belong to street vendor controlled.

"We control 14 stalls from three locations. They usually operate in afternoon and disturb public order," he stated, Tuesday (4/5).

40 Stalls in Palmerah Controlled

According to him, it is done because stall stood atop water channel. During controlling, the stall owner was not in place. Thus the officer had to control it without protest from street vendor. Then the stall brought to Cakung Warehouse.
