Thousand CPNS Not Yet Get Letter Decree

Thousands of Jakarta civil servant candidates (CPNS) that had passed test since January 2014 admitted have not yet get the letter decree (SK) issued by the State Civil Servants Agency (BKN).

"I've been unemployed for almost four months. I intended to apply for a job, but worried if the Jakarta Provincial Government will summon me at any time," said one civil servant who declined to be named, Monday (4/21).

Therefore, he/she hoped that the Regional Employment Agency (BKD) gives definite news to him/her as soon as possible.

CPNS Taking Medical Test, Budi Asih RSUD Patients Disturbed

Even, one of the other CPNS had to enroll the CPNS selection in West Java Provincial Government and passed to then be placed in Depok as a medic. "Temporarily, I'll work in West Java government until there is certainty from Jakarta government. I have no other choice," stated another civil servant who also declined to be named.

Jakarta BKD Head, I Made Karmayoga disclosed that his party is currently still waiting for the BKN to issue the Employee Identity Number (NIP). "I'm not sure when the NIP can be issued, all depending on the BKN," he exclaimed.

He stressed that it happens because of Jakarta government has recruited many CPNS. Thus, all process needs a long time.

As known, as many as 6,035 CPNS had passed in the competency test to undergo the second test held by Jakarta government a few months ago. After the second test, 2,700 people passed and qualify to sit in the final test, that is psychological test and interview. From that amount, Jakarta government announced 1,515 people passed and would occupy their formation which had been set before.
