Connecting channel of Rawa Bilal, Jalan Tebet Barat Dalam Raya, Tebet Barat, Tebet, South Jakarta, was dredged. As many as 13 local PPSU personnel were deployed to clean the channel along 1.5 km.

The channel could not accommodate rainwater too much

Muhammad Nur, Tebet Barat Urban Village Head, admitted that the channel was almost full with trash and mud. As the result, the channel function was not maximal.

“The channel could not accommodate rainwater too much,” he admitted, Monday (4/11).

According to her, as many as 40 trash and mud sacks have been transported from the channel since a week ago. It is targeted that the effort would complete this week.
