KPK Does Crosscheck on BPK Findings with Basuki Information

The Corruption Eradication Commissions (KPK) will compare the information given by Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama with the investigative report belongs to the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) related to the case of land purchase in Sumber Waras Hospital.

"So, this investigation is to deepen. Crosscheck and material deepening will be done whether there is error or not, and adverse state or not," disclosed Head of KPK, Agus Rahardjo, in press conference at KPK Building, Jalan Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Tuesday (4/12).

According to Rahardjo, there are several points of concern, which is one of the rules used in the BPK audit over purchasing the land. His side also asks the BPK to conduct an investigation as a follow-up audit finding in Audit Reports (LHP) on the financial statements of the city administration in 2014.

Basuki Arrived at KPK Building with Complete Documents

Until now, Basuki is still undergoing an examination process in KPK building. Based on BPK's audit reports, state losses reached Rp 191 billion in case of land purchase in Sumber Waras Hospital.
