No More 3 in 1, Basuki Says

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama is still waiting the evaluation of 3 in 1 system abolition trail. In fact, Basuki said that he will eliminate the policy no matter what the evaluation result.

“I told transportation agency to erase the policy. I do not want to see 3 in 1 jockeys,” he said, Wednesday (4/13).

Basuki added traffic congestion always occurred with or without 3 in 1 system not only o protocol roads but also artery.

72 Respondents Agree for 3 in 1 Abolition

During the trial, congestion on protocol road was worse, but artery road was empty since road users flocking protocol roads.

“I’ll push people riding our bus to avoid traffic jam,” he added.
