Illegal Parking is the Highest Problem in Kelapa Dua

Kelapa Dua Urban Village, Herman disclosed that his side often gets public complaint via qlue or directly. He explains, most of them complained of trash, illegal parking, trash and so on.

"The important thing is working and working. Serve public, including solve every problem," he expressed, Thursday (4/14).

He continued, besides handling complaint, his side also conducts socialization as educating the public not to violate and participate to conduct its prevention. To optimize it, he also always coordinates with related unit.

"If the problem relates to another technical section, it will be coordinated for completion," he explained.
