Puddle on Jalan MH Thamrin, Gambir, Central Jakarta, in front of Bangkok Bank building was caused by clogged channel.

“Soil sack has clogged the channel,” said Dicky Suherlan, Central Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Water Management, Friday (4/22).
