Jakarta Provincial Government reviews cooperation with Fujian province, Tiongkok. Cooperation to be held are infrastructure, economic development and so on.

“Fujian is one of advanced-economic area in Tiongkok. This is important for us,” said Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat in a meeting with HE Mr You Quan, Secretary of The CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial People’s Congress, Tiongkok at City Hall, Friday (4/22).

Djarot added that capital city focus is developing infrastructure and tourism. If the cooperation can be held, then both side will get satisfaction.

“Our next construction is Light Rail Transit (LRT) and developing Seribu Islands,” he added.

Meanwhile, HE Mr You Quan stated Fujian province has cooperation history with Indonesia since long time ago. There are 4 million Tiongkok people in Indonesia come from Fujian.

“We are here to invite Jakarta Governor visiting our province also,” he stated.
