West Jakarta Administration continues to finalize the demolishment plan towards hundreds illegal buildings alongside Jalan Raya Menceng, Kalideres.

"There have been 75 percent of building owners demolish their buildings," said Head of Kalideres Sub-district, Uus Kuswanto, Sunday (4/24). 

183 Buildings Impacted by Jalan Menceng Raya Widening

He delivered, according to data, there are 183 buildings affected by demolishment. Those are spread in RW 10 and 11, Tegal Alur as long as 1.5 kilometers.

"Jalan Raya Menceng will be widened from 6 meters become 24 meters. Buildings affected by this project are located at RT 05 and 09/RW 10 and RT 02, 04 and 05/RW 11," he stated.

He stressed demolishment is only focused on illegal buildings.

"The building owner who has no kavling certificate will be demolished," he closed.
