The trial of voice over internet protocol (VOIP) in Seribu Islands runs smoothly without any obstacle. The technology will be used to ease coordination.
Now the technology still runs for urban village and sub-district offices only
“It runs smoothly without any obstacle. It is hoped the technology could be used to monitor our regional heads,” said Ismer Harahap, Seribu Islands Secretary, Thursday (4/28).
Ismer hopes Seribu Islands Sub-dept. of Communication, Informatics and Public Relation widen the coverage up to regional working units.
Seribu Islands Set Up Teleconference Network“Now the technology still runs for urban village and sub-district offices only,” he added.
Through this technology, meeting could be held in teleconference method based on Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama’s instruction.
