40 Points of Damaged Road in Ancol Improved

PPSU officer has repaired 40 points of damaged roads in Ancol Urban Village, Pademangan Sub-district, North Jakarta. The reparation itself has been ongoing since January until May 2016.

We do not have heavy equipment for asphalting. So we had to do reparation using available tool

Ancol Urban Village Head, Sumpeno disclosed that those 40 damaged roads were repaired manually using sand and cement. 

"We do not have heavy equipment for asphalting. So we had to do reparation using available tool by covering road using cement and sand where we use fund from Ancol Urban Village," he expressed, Monday (5/16). 

North Jakarta Prepares Quick Response Team for Damaged Road

The reparation is conducted to follow up public report where they feel uncomfortable when passing the road. While, the most damaged roads are located on Jalan Baru with 25 points. The damage is due to tidal from Ancol River and the passing heavy vehicle.

"Similar condition is also spotted along Jalan Lodan Raya with 10 points. The rest are in citizen residential," he finished.
