The motorist's awareness about parking rule in Jakarta is still weak. Evidently, based on latest data along January until mid-May, as many as 7,738 vehicles are towed and 19,942 vehicles' tire valves are removed.

Head of Jakarta Transportation Dept, Andri Yansyah disclosed the number of vehicles that towed due to illegal parking is increasing almost twofold. As for the vehicles' tire valves in the raid, is increasing up to 50 percent.

He admitted it has an impact on local revenue (PAD). For January until May 2016, the local revenue has reached Rp 3,891 billion and last year was Rp 1.913 billion.
"We hope Bank DKI can open service on Saturday and Sunday. The violation on the second day is also high enough," he finished.
