As the important thing, he added, mass organization is prohibited to conduct sweeping. Sweeping is only able to run by governmental units, especially Jakarta Provincial Government and police personnel.

Meanwhile, City Police Chief, Gen. Insp. Pol. Moechgiyarto, explained that all entertainment place owners will be summoned to get socialization about operational hour. This summoning also includes mass organization.
