E-Book Solves Low Reading Interest, Djarot Says

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat invites capital citizens reading e-book through social-based digital library namely iJakarta. The invitation is aimed to increase the reading interest which is lower compared to Singapore and Malaysia.

Low reading interest, he said, is caused resident’s culture who prefers to be listener and spectator. As the result, resident’s smartphones are rarely used as reading facility.

In order to solve this problem, Djarot invites to download e-book on iJakarta application.
