Civil Servants serving under East Jakarta Administration held a blood donor in order to commemorate the city's 489th anniversary.

Head of East Jakarta Administration Employment Office, Mulyono disclosed that the blood donor has been done since Tuesday (5/17), and successfully collect 100 bags of blood.

"Blood donor is a form of social concern from East Jakarta Administration. We successfully donated 100 bags of blood," he said, Wednesday (5/18).

He continued it is only useful for people who need blood, but donors themselves will feel the benefits that are useful for the body. That is to maintain a healthy heart, increases blood cell production, promotes blood circulation in the body.

"I hope the civil servants under East Jakarta Administration do not be afraid and doubt. After donating blood, our bodies will react instantly to make a replacement. So we will not have a shortage of blood," he finished.
