UKPD Demanded to Open to the Media

Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Dept once again held a sinergity seminar along with media in in the Development of Public Communications.

All the information is given properly, don't shut yourself

It is held to strengthen communications with the media as a partner of the city administration in developing information, especially the regional working unit (UKPD), which are sub-district and urban village heads.

Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Dept Head, Ii Karunia disclosed seminar is aimed to make sub-district and urban village heads able to inform the potential and development of the region.

"So any form of development that happens can be informed to the public through the media," he expressed, Thursday (5/19).

His side also hopes sub-district and urban village heads are no longer avoid the journalists to disseminate information. This is because the media is an asset in spreading region development to the citizens.

"All the information is given properly, don't shut yourself. Because right now is already in the era of public disclosure, moreover we can convey our working program thus citizens know," he uttered.
