West Jakarta Administration will intensify people with social-welfare problem (PMKS) raid. The effort is aimed to prevent more PMKS come to Jakarta during Ramadhan.
PMKS must be raided ahead of Ramadhan month
West Jakarta Head Dept. of Social, Surya, admitted the number of PMKS will increase approaching Ramadhan.
“PMKS must be raided ahead of Ramadhan month. Their number usually increases during that period,” he said, Thursday (5/19).
32 PMKS Sent to Their HometownThere are four prone to PMKS areas in West Jakarta. Those are Jalan Slipi, Grogol, Cengkareng and Jalan Kalideres. His personnel will also raid public areas such as shopping mall and praying house.
“PMKS will be brought to social house for further coaching,” he added.
