Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama uttered his side will not control residents living around Luar Batang Mosque. The control will be applied for state’s land such as in Pasar Ikan and Akuarium.

Previously, Jakarta Provincial Government plans to buy residents’ land around Luar Batang Mosque to widen the mosque’s yard. A plaza will be constructed to give comfort for mosque’s visitors.
