25 PKL Stalls in KBT Controlled

As many as 25 stalls owned by street vendors on Jalan Inspeksi Kanal Banjir Timur (KBT), or precisely at RT 11/01, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, were controlled, Monday (1/30).

Duren Sawit Urban Village Head, Dede Syaipulah, admitted the effort was done since PKL occupied state land illegally.

Meanwhile, Duren Sawit Satpol PP Head, Andik Sukaryanto, uttered the effort involved 25 joint personnel of urban village, sub-district, Satpol PP up to army/police.

The stalls were only demolished and returned to PKL.

“Land function will be returned as green open space. Our personnel will guard the area,” he stated.
