West Jakarta Administration and Region II Flat Technical Unit (UPRS) for Jakarta Housing and Government Building Dept did a sudden inspection (sidak) to the Tambora Flat. A violation was found where some units installed with trellis and occupants have pets.

Head of Region II UPRS for Jakarta Housing and Government Building Dept, Nuri Sawitri revealed, when occupying the flat, the occupant has been given a contract agreement that contains the flat rules. Among them are every occupant prohibited to have pets and change the unit by installing a trellis.

"A number of tower units are installed with trellis. We'll ask them to remove it back," he stated, Monday (5/30).

Regarding pets, she disclosed some occupants are still having pets inside the unit, like bird. 

"Pet in the flat is very prohibited. It can disturb the other occupant convenience," he stressed.
