Jakarta citizens who give birth at regional hospital (RSUD), will get birth certificate service from Jakarta Dept. of Population and Civil Registration. As the first stage, five hospitals will run the program.

According to him, the certificate can be issued 5-8 hours after giving birth. At this moment, the service is run at RSUD Koja, North Jakarta.
