In the enforcement activities carried out yesterday evening, he explained, personnel managed to find 15 illegally parked vehicles which were then grounded and four other vehicles were subjected to valve removal operations.

"Those vehicles were taken to South Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency office for further process," he explained.

He added that this illegal parking disturbs pedestrians and causes traffic jams which are detrimental to many parties.

Meanwhile, one of the local residents, Ikhsanul appreciated the illegal parking controlling activity.

According to him, illegal parking often disrupts traffic flow and causes long traffic jams, especially during rush hour.

"The roads are very busy and congested because many vehicles are parked illegally," he admitted.
