Jakarta Satpol PP personnel held sudden inspection to several night entertainment place in the capital. The raid was aimed to make sure no entertainment places are open one day before fasting month.
Inspection is also aimed to give direct sanction if they are still open
The first inspection was held at a karaoke in Kompleks Duta Merlin, Gambir, Central Jakarta.
After being checked fully, the place was already closed. Next was continued to massage parlour at Olimo stores. The personnel found nothing but closed door.
Entertainment Places Able to Operate During Ramadan, Basuki Says“Inspection is also aimed to give direct sanction if they are still open,” said Jupan Royter Tampubolon, Jakarta Head Satpol PP, Sunday (6/5).
Mostly the night entertainment places have been attached with sticker about operating hours from Jakarta Dept. of Tourism and Culture.
