On the first day of Ramadhan, the joint personnel of Satpol PP, Social Sub-dept, army and police have raided tens of people with social and welfare issues (PMKS) from some locations.

North Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Choiruddin disclosed, the raid that conducted since night until morning involved 150 personnel. He admitted, it is conducted to create convenience for people in running the fasting.

"We want people to run the fasting fervently. Totally, we control 150 PMKS," he expressed, Monday (6/6).

In details, those 50 PMKS consist of 32 prostitutes, 7 illegal attendants, 5 bums, 3 psychotics and 3 punk kids. They are netted from Pela-Pela, Enggano, Pos 9, Royal, Tablo Park, under Cilincing Bridge and Plumpang.

"We then bring them to the Kedoya Social Institution, West Jakarta for guidance," he closed.
