She shared the figure reflects strong public demand for affordable and inclusive public transportation.

"The implementation of the KLG service reflects efforts to establish a transport system that delivers reliable service while supporting communities that need mobility access," she explained.

Sheila added that the program aligns with LRT Jakarta's commitment to supporting the Jakarta Provincial Government's policy to expand access to safe, comfortable, and equitable public transportation.

The KLG program also promotes greater use of public transport and supports stronger intermodal integration.

"This program aligns with LRT Jakarta's commitment to delivering inclusive and equitable public transportation, while serving as a strategic step to expand access to safe, comfortable, and affordable mobility for all segments of society," she stated.

She added that with 53,000 users recorded as of early 2026, LRT Jakarta remains optimistic that the Free Service Card program will continue to deliver positive impacts.

"Both in supporting residents' mobility and in promoting wider public transport use in the capital," she asserted.
