519 Registrants for the Second Cluster of Free Homecoming Program Verified

South Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency verified 519 free homecoming program participants at its office, Jalan MT Haryono, Cikoko Urban Village, Pancoran District.

Head of Road Transportation Section for the Sub-agency, Wawan Ikhwan said this number is the result of verification carried out from February 28 to March 2, 2026.

"The 519 participants are the second cluster according to the previously determined departure schedule," he said, Tuesday (3/3).

Wawan detailed that 222 people have been verified for Yogyakarta, 18 for Kuningan, 66 for Lampung, and 50 for Tegal. Furthermore, 87 people are headed to Kebumen, 55 for Jombang, and 21 for Pekalongan.

"Two applicants canceled their participation in the Free Homecoming program. Seven motorcycles are also scheduled to depart separately," he explained.

Wawan urged all applicants to utilize the Free Homecoming program in an orderly manner, complete all required documents, and maintain good health before departure.

Meanwhile, one of the homecoming participants, Rustami, appreciated the service of officers during the verification process because they provided clear and detailed information, making it easier for participants to understand the stages they had to go through.

"I'm leaving for Yogyakarta with four family members. Thank God, the information provided was very clear, so I understand the verification steps and departure schedule," he admitted.
