Transjakarta Adjusts Several Routes Due to Remaining Floodwater

PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) adjusted services on several routes on Monday (3/9) following remaining floodwater and technical issues at several points along the corridors after heavy rainfall.

"Field officers are currently working to restore the routes to normal as soon as possible,"

Head of Public Relations and CSR Department of PT Transportasi Jakarta, Ayu Wardhani, said the adjustments were made to ensure passenger safety and comfort.

"We apologize for the inconvenience experienced by customers due to these service adjustments. Field officers are currently working to restore the routes to normal as soon as possible," she informed.

Below are the service adjustments:

1. BRT Services

Route 2A (Pulogadung 1 – Rawa Buaya): Route diversion implemented. Although floodwater has started to recede, buses are still unable to serve several bus stops due to many damaged separators/MCB scattered along the corridor.

Route 3 (Kalideres – Monas): Route diversion implemented due to infrastructure issues (displaced separators) along the busway corridor.

Route 3F (Kalideres – Gelora Bung Karno): Route diversion implemented due to similar issues along the corridor.

Bus stops temporarily NOT serving passengers (both directions):

- Taman Kota Bus Stop

- Jembatan Gantung Bus Stop

- Pulo Nangka Bus Stop

- Jembatan Baru Bus Stop

2. Non-BRT & Integrated Services

Route 3E (Sentraland Cengkareng – Puri Kembangan): Route temporarily shortened and currently operating only between Sentraland and Jembatan Baru due to floodwater reaching approximately 50 cm at Kembangan intersection toward Sentraland.

3. Mikrotrans Services

Route JAK.50 (Kalideres – Puri Kembangan): Temporarily suspended due to floodwater along several road sections, including Jl. Raya Kresek, Jl. Palapa, the Puri Kembangan intersection traffic light, Pasar Laris area, and Jl. Bojong Raya.

Transjakarta also urges passengers to remain cautious when traveling and to regularly check route updates through the TJ: Transjakarta mobile application or Transjakarta's official social media channels.
