East Jakarta Satpol PP Tightens Public Order Operations Ahead of Eid al-FitrHe noted that they are positioned at 10 strategic integrated posts, such as Cacing Toll Underpass on Jalan Raya Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono IX, Pulo Gebang Terminal Integrated Post, the Pangkalan Jati Intersection, and Tamini Square Security Post.
"Personnel are also on standby at Jatinegara Station, Jalan Haji Naman-Jalan Laksamana Malahayati intersection, PGC Cililitan, TMII tourist site, and Kampung Rambutan Bus Terminal," he explained.
He went on to say that security will be bolstered on malam takbiran (Idulfitri Eve). They will be deployed to high-traffic areas like the East Flood Canal (KBT), as well as Kampung Melayu and Pasar Rebo overpasses, and will conduct mobile patrols along East Jakarta’s borders with neighboring satellite cities.
"This move aims to guarantee safety and order for the public during the Idulfitri homecoming and holiday season," he stated firmly.
