"From April 3 to 6, we have successfully transported 112 trips or around 2,002 tons of waste to the Bantar Gebang TPST," he said, Tuesday (4/7).

To support this acceleration, Agus continued, Perumda Pasar Jaya deploys around 20 garbage trucks every day with a transport capacity of between 10 and 20 tons.

"This waste management also involves the private sector to speed up the transportation process," he added.

Of the total 112 trips carried out, the fleet used consisted of 14 large garbage trucks and 98 trailer trucks which were operated in stages during the period.

He targets that waste management in the Kramat Jati Market area can be completed within the next 12 days so that the comfort of traders and visitors can be further improved.

"It is hoped that this accelerated effort will be able to restore market conditions to a cleaner and more orderly state, while also preventing similar waste accumulations from recurring in the future," he hoped.
