Noviar explained that this training was a continuation of last year's program. She encouraged participants to make the most of the training by absorbing and applying the knowledge gained.
Apical's CSR Manager, Sugiantoro, explained that this collaborative program has been running since 2020 and aims to increase the capacity of business actors, both in terms of soft skills and hard skills.
"Previously, participants were given with digital marketing and business management skills. This year, we're focusing on developing hard skills, particularly professional cooking techniques," he stated.
This training also introduces the use of solid oil (fry shortening), one of which is the Frybest product which is considered more efficient and produces better quality fried food.
"Its advantages include healthier fried foods, more attractive colors, and more economical oil use, which can increase profit margins," he added.
