The assistance provided includes the provision of ready-to-eat food, distribution of in-kind assistance, clothing, and the provision of adequate refugee facilities.

"The Social Agency also distributes post-disaster assistance to support the process of restoring the lives of affected communities," he said, Wednesday (4/8).

Iqbal explained that strengthening community capacity is also a crucial part of disaster management. This is realized through the establishment and strengthening of 35 Disaster Preparedness Villages, which play a role in improving community-based preparedness and rapid response.

Not only that, attention to vulnerable groups is also a priority, one of which is through the provision of Psychosocial Support Services to 270 children affected by the disaster.

Iqbal added that disaster management should not only focus on distributing aid, but also on efforts to restore hope and the lives of the community as a whole.

"I appreciate the collaboration of various parties who have contributed to this humanitarian effort, so that disaster management in Jakarta can run more optimally and sustainably," he emphasized.
