The award was personally received by Transjakarta’s Director of Business and Asset Utilization, Fadly Hasan, during a prestigious event organized by MarkPlus, Inc. at the Djakarta Theater Ballroom, Central Jakarta.
Carrying the theme ‘Branding in the Age of AI,’ this award is presented to brands deemed most progressive in adopting digital technology to strengthen customer relationships.

“In this digital era, Transjakarta is committed to providing services that are not only wide-reaching but also smart and efficient by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our transportation ecosystem,” he expressed, Monday (4/20).
He noted that Transjakarta has implemented AI technology through several key pillars as concrete steps toward digitalization, namely:
Mobility Optimization via the TJ App: Customers can now benefit from more precise real-time bus tracking, enabling more accurate and efficient trip planning for millions of Jakartans.
Preventive Safety System (SYNTRA): Placing safety as the top priority, Transjakarta developed the AI-based SYNTRA system to automatically detect driver fatigue or microsleep to minimize the risk of accidents.
Notably, the WOW Brand award is based on a comprehensive survey of hundreds of brands using the 5A Customer Journey methodology (Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, and Advocate). This method measures customer loyalty, ranging from mere awareness to becoming a brand advocate.
