Sinom Priyanti, Head Management Unit of Primary Health Service for East Jakarta BPJS Kesehatan, said from total BPJS Kesehatan participants by 1.9 million, 2.3 percent of them have participate in IVA program since January to June. It means only 237 participants, while for Pap Smear is 17.5 percent or 467 participants our of target 2,663 people.
“We appeal and invite BPJS Kesehatan participant to participate in our program. It’s free,” she said, Thursday (6/9).
Socialization on Prevention of Cervical Cancer Held in JakartaAccording to her, many participants are afraid to participate in the program. They are worry if disease is detected.
“Socialization has been also run via radio, leaflet, pamphlet, banner, and so on,” she closed.
