Green Troop Prunes 25 Trees in Kebayoran Lama

The green troop personnel of South Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency pruned 25 prone to fall trees in Kebayoran Lama District.

Head of the Sub-agency, Herlina Merinda said the pruning was carried out as a follow-up to public complaints and as part of the Wednesday Menoping program.

"We immediately followed up on public complaints," she said, Wednesday (5/6).

10 Trees Prone to Falling in North Utan Kayu Pruned

Pruning was carried out in several locations. These included nine trees in Pondok Pinang Urban Village, nine in Grogol Utara Urban Village, two in Kebayoran Lama Utara Urban Village, and five in Cipulir Urban Village.

"50 personnel were deployed today. The pruning was focused on the Kebayoran Lama District area," she continued.

Meanwhile, one of the residents, Arifin Ilham (42), appreciated the tree pruning in his area.

"Previously, the road looked dark because the light was blocked. Now it's brighter and neater," he admitted.
