Jakarta Provincial Government through PD Dharma Jaya will add the frozen beef sold at market operation starting next week.
Starting next week, the stock is added by 2.5 tons
Marina Ratna Dwi Kusumajati, PD Dharma Jaya Director, admitted the stock is added to fulfil the society need for cheap beef.
“Starting next week, the stock is added by 2.5 tons,” she said, Saturday (6/11).
City Adds 259 Tons Beef StockAccording to her, the additional stock will be distributed to area with low beef stock. The management sold the beef by Rp 85 thousand/kg and Rp 89 thousand/kg. The price is depend on its cut. FQ beef is also sold by Rp 77 thousand/kg.
“FQ beef is used for soup, rawon, and soto,” she closed.
