Jakarta Reports Strong 2025 Regional Revenue Realization

Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung attended a plenary session of the Jakarta City Council (DPRD) on Monday (6/8) to present the draft bylaw on accountability for the implementation of the 2025 Regional Budget (P2 APBD).

Revenue realization reached Rp80.03 trillion, or 94.76 percent

Pramono said the city's 2025 revenue realization remained strong. Of the Rp84.45 trillion target, revenue realization reached Rp80.03 trillion, or 94.76 percent.

Meanwhile, locally generated revenue (PAD) reached Rp51.22 trillion, equivalent to 94.50 percent of the Rp54.20 trillion target. The figure consisted of Rp43.98 trillion in regional taxes, Rp1.53 trillion in regional levies, Rp746.8 billion from returns on separated regional assets, and Rp4.97 trillion from other legitimate locally generated revenue sources.

“Transfer revenue realization reached Rp28.74 trillion, or 95.52 percent of the Rp30.08 trillion target, while other legitimate revenue reached Rp73.4 billion, or 42.52 percent of the Rp172.6 billion target,” Pramono said.

On the expenditure side, regional spending budgeted at Rp85.98 trillion in 2025 was realized at Rp76.1 trillion, or 88.51 percent. Capital expenditure reached Rp13.15 trillion, representing 86.22 percent of the allocated budget.

Pramono explained that regional spending was used to support priority programs, including environmental and urban infrastructure improvements, economic growth acceleration, public welfare enhancement, and governance reform.

Under the financing component, financing receipts totaled Rp7.33 trillion, including Rp4.43 trillion in the 2024 budget surplus (SiLPA), while financing expenditures amounted to Rp5.44 trillion.

“Based on the realized revenue, expenditure, and financing figures presented, the 2025 SiLPA stands at Rp5.82 trillion,” he noted.

The governor also presented the regional balance sheet and cash flow position as of December 31, 2025. The balance sheet recorded total assets of Rp758.57 trillion, liabilities of Rp17.97 trillion, and equity of Rp740.60 trillion.

Meanwhile, net cash flow for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, was recorded at Rp1.39 trillion, consisting of cash flows from operating, investment, financing, and transitory activities.

The Jakarta Provincial Government also once again earned an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) from the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK). Pramono said the achievement reflects the quality of the city's financial management.

The governor also expressed his appreciation to the city council and voiced hope that the draft bylaw can soon be deliberated and approved by the Jakarta DPRD.
