Transjakarta Prepares Alternative Routes to Replace Routes 1N and 10D

PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) continues to make adjustments to a number of services as part of periodic evaluations to optimize service.

In this adjustment, the 1N (Tanah Abang–Blok M) and 10D (Tanjung Priok–Kampung Rambutan) route services will operate until June 30, 2026. An evaluation was carried out on customer travel patterns and the level of service overlaps with other Transjakarta routes that traverse the same corridor.

Through this adjustment, the 25 fleets are expected to be utilized more optimally to support services on routes with higher travel needs, and shorten waiting times or headways without reducing public mobility access because alternative travel options have been prepared.

PT Transportasi Jakarta Director Welfizon Yuza said the service evaluation is part of Transjakarta's efforts to ensure the public transportation network remains adaptive to customer needs.

He ensured that all public facilities along the designated routes (68 points on route 10D and 47 points on route 1N) would still be accommodated and served well by alternative routes.

Welfizon stated that evaluations of each service based on customer travel patterns and operational performance are carried out periodically.

"These adjustments are being made to optimize fleet utilization while maintaining overall service quality. We have also prepared alternative routes so customers can continue to travel comfortably," he said, Friday (6/26).

For customers who previously used route 1N, Transjakarta has prepared the following alternative travel options:

-Heading to Blok M

* Using route 9D from Tanah Abang.

* Transit at Plaza Sentral Bus Stop

* Continue the trip using route 1P.

-Heading to Tanah Abang

* Using route 1P from Blok M.

* Transit at Benhil Bus Stop 3.

* Continue the trip using route 9D.

Meanwhile, for customers on route 10D, the alternative travel options that can be used are as follows:

-Heading to Tanjung Priok

Option 1

* Use route 7F from Kampung Rambutan Bus Stop.

* Transit at the Utan Kayu Rawamangun Bus Stop

* Continue the trip using Corridor 10.

Option 2

* Using Corridor 7 from Kampung Rambutan Bus Stop.

* Transit at the Cawang Cililitan Bus Stop.

* Continue the trip using Corridor 10.

-Heading to Kampung Rambutan

Option 1

* Using Corridor 10 from Tanjung Priok Bus Stop.

* Transit at the Utan Kayu Rawamangun Bus Stop.

* Continue the trip using route 7F.

Option 2

* Using Corridor 10 from Tanjung Priok Bus Stop.

* Transit at the Cawang Cililitan Bus Stop

* Continue the trip using Corridor 7.
