According to him, garbage transportation is actually carried out every day using a compactor truck with a capacity of seven tons.

"We invite residents and market managers to participate in sorting and processing so that the large volume of waste is not disposed of at the TPS," he said, Wednesday (7/8).

Head of Cakung Barat Urban Village, Yasir Habib Putra explained the TPS is an official facility that serves the waste disposal of residents of RW 01, Cakung Barat Urban Village, and also collects waste from three markets in the area.

To overcome similar problems in the future, Yasir continued, the urban village will propose the use of land in the housing area or KM 21 Flat as a special TPS for residents of RW 01, Cakung Barat Urban Village.

Separation of disposal locations is necessary because household waste management is a government service through the East Jakarta Environmental Sub-agency.

"We hope that market managers can handle waste independently," he hoped.
