Pramono said this program is a form of multi-party collaboration to accelerate the recovery of residents affected by the fire.

"The house renovation program in the Pela Mampang area is a real manifestation of a solution in the field to the fire problem, one of the fire problems that occurs in Jakarta," said Pramono.

The restoration of the fire-affected area was carried out with a budget of around Rp 960.3 million, consisting of contributions from PT Malahayati Nusantara Raya of Rp 600 million and Jakarta Baznas Bazis of Rp 360.3 million.

According to Pramono, this collaborative model is an example of mutual cooperation between the government, the business world, and the community in post-disaster management.

"This is a form of solution where the government is present together with stakeholders in Jakarta, with Baznas Bazis and then companies that are willing to have their CSR distributed in this way," Pramono explained.

As for information, the Jakarta Baznas Bazis house renovation program has renovated 3,509 housing units throughout the Jakarta area from 2019 to 2025.

Pramono stated that the housing renovation program targets 633 housing units by 2026. The program's implementation will be carried out in synergy with various parties, including regionally-owned and state-owned enterprises (BUMD), as well as the private sector.

"For this solution, everything is definitely a priority, including areas where we can immediately repair houses and rebuild them," he stated.
